500 | g | Duck breast with skin |
Instructions for And in flower sauce
To prepare the And in flower sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Take the skin off the duck breast and cut it into thin strips. Cut the meat into thin slices and set it aside.
Cut the spring bulbs into thin slices. Mix water, sherry and flower sauce in a jug.
Heat a wok and add 1 tbsp. peanut oil. When the oil is hot, the duck skin is golden and crispy for 2 - 3 minutes. Bring it up with a casing and sprinkle on kitchen paper.
Wipe the wok and warm it up again. Add the rest of the oil and when it's hot, add crushed or sliced garlic after 1/2 ½ second spoon, stirring 3-4 minutes until it is browned. Pour the flour sauce mixture and continue for a couple of minutes. Come in the spring buds and after 1 minute soy sauce. Take the wok off the flare and sprinkle the crisp duck over.
Cooked white rice and a fresh green salad best fit this dish.
