To prepare the Apple cake with rasp recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel the apples and cut out the core boxes. Cut the apples into pieces and put them in a pan of water and vanilla sugar. Give them a boil and then cook them gently until they mash completely. Stir in them occasionally so they do not burn. When the apples are cooked completely, the mash is cooked with sugar depending on how sour the apples are. Leave the apple sauce to cool off.

Put a piece of clean baking paper ready on the kitchen table to cool the grate when finished. Mix the rasp and sugar on a pan, turn on the flare and stir constantly in the rasp mix while the sugar starts to melt and the mixture gradually turns golden. When the raspberry is golden brown and smells a bit of caramel, pour it onto the baking paper. Stir in the rasp with a fork for a few minutes so that it does not cling and then completely cool.
When both apple sauce and rasp are chilled off, alternately add layers of mash and rasp in a bowl. Whip the cream just before serving and spread the whipped cream on top of the apple pie. Decorated with ribs jelly that is spilled with a teaspoon.
