400 | g | Cream cheese naturel |
50 | g | Icing sugar |

Instructions for Baileys Cheesecake
To prepare the Baileys Cheesecake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crush the biscuits. Melt the butter and the broken biscuits in it.
Lay it in a 20-25 cm spring form and press it down with a back of a spoon.
Prepare the house blower. Heat the bailey into a saucepan and pour the house blister in it stirring.
Cool it down. Mix cream cheese and flour in a bowl until it is soft.
Pour the Bailey into and mix well.
In another bowl, the cream is whipped (not quite staple). Mix it in the cream cheese with light hand.
Pour it over the biscuits and cool it for approx. three hours.
Take the cake and decorate with planed chocolate and cocoa.
tips:
A good tip. To get the house blossom completely dissolved, you can put the house blossom into a cup of 1-2 tbsp. Water and give dt 10 sec. In the microwave. If that's not enough, give it 5 sec more. Just watch it's not going to boil. It just tastes MUMS ;-)
