Instructions for Beetroot Dressing
To prepare the Beetroot Dressing recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the beetroot and tear it on the narrow side of the grater.
Put the cracked beetroot in your hands and squeeze the juice out of it.
Mix the cracked beetroot in the yoghurt.
Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Let it pull in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
