Ingredients for Blackcurrant Pie

100 | g | Sugar |
150 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | Egg yolk | |
2 | tsp | Corn flour cornstarch |
3 | dl | Milk |
400 | g | Blackcurrant, fresh |
50 | g | Almonds, peeled |
Instructions for Blackcurrant Pie
To prepare the Blackcurrant Pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble the butter in the flour. Add sugar and cream fry and knead the dough lightly. Place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Sprinkle the strawberries with sugar.
Cream:
Fold the vanilla and bring it to boil in the milk. Whip egg yolks, sugar and corn starch together and whip it in the milk. Just let the cream just boil and take the saucepan off the heat. Cool the cream and remove the vanilla dish.
Roll out the dough and cover a pie shape. Put aloe oil and dried peas or beans in the mold and premiere the base for 10 minutes at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
Remove foil and beans. Sprinkle very finely chopped almonds to the bottom of the baked bottom. Distribute the raspberries and pour the cream over. Bake the pie for approx. 20 minutes until it is light golden.
