The bread is cut into small squares and soaked in the water for approx. 6 hours. Put on boiling with beer and lemon peel and boil until the bread can pass through a sieve. The sugar is added and given a boil with the crop.
The consistency of the bread soup is found by adding a little of the chicken layer in which the apple fillets are boiled.
