To prepare the Cheese Sticks In recipe, please follow these instructions:
Baking time 6-8 minutes at 200 g. Crumble the butter into the flour. Add the cheese and paprika, and knead the dough lightly together. Place it in the refrigerator at least ½ hour. Roll the dough out on a floured board, approximately ½ cm's thickness. Cut it into bars with a rolling track, approx. 1 x 10 cm. Put them on baking sheet and bake them in the oven until golden on top. Serve them warm, eg. for a drink, for soup or for a cheese snack at the end of a dinner.
Tips:
Cheese bars are suitable for deep freezing.
