0.5 | tbsp | Wheat flour |

1 | tbsp | Lemon juice |
2 | tbsp | Semi-dry sherry |
2 | dl | Chicken broth |
2 | tbsp | Olive oil |

Instructions for Chicken fillet with Mint
To prepare the Chicken fillet with Mint recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sprinkle the flour over the chicken pieces. Halvér and pressure appelsinen. Chop the Mint finely. Set the oven at 50 degrees. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken breasts about 4 minutes on each side. Put them in a baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with foil and put them in the oven so they keep themselves warm. Pour sherry, chicken broth, Orange and lemon juice in the Pan and bring to the boil. Stir in mint and season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts and simmer 10 min.
