Sifted powdered sugar
1Orange grated to thereof
100gIcing sugar
2Egg yolks
350gCooking chocolate
50gButter
6tbspStrong coffee

Instructions for Chocolate Fudge

To prepare the Chocolate Fudge recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dress a small shape or a frying pan with baking paper. Melt the chocolate together with the coffee over the water bath. Let it cool a little.

Stir butter, egg yolks and flour to a thick cream. Mix the cracked orange peel in the cream.

Mix the melted chocolate in and favor the fudge in a smooth layer in the mold. Place it covered in the refrigerator until it is fixed, but at least 1 hour.

Cut the fudge into 2 x 2 cm big tern. Turn them in a flourish and put them in small pieces of paper.

tips:
A little cocoa powder can be mixed in the flour cream before turning the fudge into it.
