100 | g | Soft nougat |
100 | g | Couverture chocolate or pastilles |
125 | g | Wheat flour |
125 | g | Desiccated coconut |
125 | g | Sugar |
65 | g | Potato flour |
85 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Coconut cakes with nougat filling
To prepare the Coconut cakes with nougat filling recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir fat and sugar well together. Stir the egg in. Add vanilla sugar and salt. Mix coconut flour, flour, potato flour and baking soda and knead the dough together. Leave the dough cool for at least ½ hour. Roll out the dough and chop it into cakes approx. 4 cm in diameter. There will be approx. 85 - 90 pieces. Bake the cakes light brown 7-8 min at 200 °. Melt the nougat in a water bath and put the cakes together two and two with the nougat. Gloss the top cake with melted overcoat.
