Instructions for Cold cauliflower dish
To prepare the Cold cauliflower dish recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean and rinse the cauliflower. Put it if necessary. In cold water added salt for 10 min. Boil the cauliflower in lets salted water until it is barely tender, approx. 15 min. Cool the cauliflower. Place the well-sprinkled cauliflower on a dish. Stir Mayonnaise and Cream fraiche together. Season with curry, salt, pepper and a small pinch of sugar. Pour a little of the salad sauce over the cauliflower and serve the rest. Put, boiled peas, shrimps, half eggs and half tomatoes around the cauliflower. Decorate with dill and shrimp on the cauliflower.
