To prepare the Colomba (Italian Easter cake) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
Boil the almonds and dirt them. Melt yeast in half of the milk (hot). Spend half of the flour in the liquid and shape into a sphere. Cover with a damp towel and set it for uprightening.
When the dough is raised twice, egg the eggs, 1 egg yolk, the rest of the flour, sugar, butter, a "nap" salt, the orange and the rest of the milk. Lubricate a baking sheet, place the dough shaped like a dove. Brush with the remaining egg yolk and sprinkle chopped almonds and crystal sugar.
Once the dough has risen twice, it is baked for one hour.
