Ingredients for Couscous Salad with avocado

Freshly ground pepper
0.5tspCoarse salt
1tbspFreshly squeezed lemon juice
1Small crushed garlic
1.5tspFinely grated lemon zest
100gSun-dried tomatoes
2Finely chopped sweet onions
2.5dlBoiling water
200gFeta, diced
250gPrecooked couscous
4Ripe avocadoes

Instructions for Couscous Salad with avocado

To prepare the Couscous Salad with avocado recipe, please follow these instructions:

Com grynene couscous in a large bowl. Pour the boiling water with salt and let it soak for approx. 5 min. stir in grynene with a fork. Let grynene cool off.

Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and let them soak about 5 min. drain and let the tomatoes drip of on a piece of paper towel. Chop the tomatoes with a knife.
