To prepare the Couscous Salad with avocado recipe, please follow these instructions:
Com grynene couscous in a large bowl. Pour the boiling water with salt and let it soak for approx. 5 min. stir in grynene with a fork. Let grynene cool off.
Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and let them soak about 5 min. drain and let the tomatoes drip of on a piece of paper towel. Chop the tomatoes with a knife.
Turn the tomatoes and lemon juice and onions and garlic and salt and pepper in the cooked couscous.
Couscous Salad: pour the feta to draining in a sieve. Part avokadoerne lengthwise and remove the stones. Remove the skin and cut the avocado flesh into small cubes and toss them in the spicy couscous with feta cubes
