Ingredients for Creme Lenses

0.5Vanilla pod
1Eggs
1tbspCorn flour cornstarch
175gButter
2Egg yolk
2dlMilk
2tbspSugar
250gWheat flour
50gIcing sugar

Instructions for Creme Lenses

To prepare the Creme Lenses recipe, please follow these instructions:

Crumble the fat into the flour. Add flour and mix the dough with egg yolks. Put the dough cold for at least 1 hour.

Make up during the cream.
Bring milk and the battered vanilla pole into the boil. Whip eggs, sugar and corn together. Pour a little of the boiling cream / milk into the egg mixture and pour it back into the pan. Give the cream a card boil.
Take it from the heat and let it get cold.

Scroll approx. 2/3 of the dough out and lined with it. Bring cream in. Roll the rest of the dough out and cut out with a round shape. Lay these over as low and press the edges together.

Behind the lenses approx. 15 minutes at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
