Ingredients for Cutting Truffle
Grated orange peel of 1/2 Orange | ||

135 | g | Butter, softened, diced |
3-4 | whole | Cinnamon sticks |
5 | dl | Cream |
50 | g | Honey |
550 | g | Dark chocolate, 70% cocoa |
Instructions for Cutting Truffle
To prepare the Cutting Truffle recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the chocolate well. Boil the cream with cinnamon, carnations and orange peel. Let the mixture cool overnight. Refrigerate with honey and sieve the cream. Let the cream cool a little, put the chocolate in. Stir (do not whip) until the chocolate is melted and the mass is homogeneous. When the mixture is barely 40 degrees hot, stir the butter. Pour the mass into a square shape covered with baking paper. Allow to cool and sit for 24 hours at room temperature. Cut into squares and coat with temperate chocolate or roll between the palms (remember rubber gloves) and then roll in cocoa.
