Instructions for Flower marmalade II
To prepare the Flower marmalade II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the flowers into smaller pieces and bring the 4 first ingredients into a saucepan. Bowl the cloves in a paper bag to make them easier to fish. Add 100 g of sugar and bring the flowers to the boil. Boil them tenderly for low heat. Mix the rest of the sugar in, except 2 tbsp. Bring the boil again. Add coarse chopped walnut kernels and boil 5 min. Check if the marmalade is thick enough. Stir or s the 2 tablespoons sugar with 1 tablespoon of melatin and sprinkle it in the marmalade. Let it just boil and pour it on washed glass.
