180 | g | Sugar |

2.5 | dl | Milk |
2.5 | dl | Whipped cream |
4 | Egg whites | |
50 | g | Butter |
50 | g | Peeled chopped almonds |
Instructions for Fragilite with moccacreme
To prepare the Fragilite with moccacreme recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bottom: Whites whipped stiff, sugar + chopped almonds folded in. Smmøres out on 2 PCs. (greased) baking paper and bake in the middle of the oven at 150 degrees for 1 hour with the door ajar.
Cream: egg yolks, sugar, coffee powder and corn flour vanilliesukker whipped stirred in Milk whipped up to the boiling point. and allow to cool somewhat before the butter is whisked in and reversed with the other cream lot. When the cream is completely cold reversed 1/4 l. whipped cream in. Bottoms cut out into equal squares, a "bottom" that lubricated with moccacremen + a "uppers" are added on as a lid and sprinkled with sifted icing sugar
