Instructions for Gluetail from the Caribbean
To prepare the Gluetail from the Caribbean recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dough:
Crumble butter and flour. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolk and collect the dough. Or, get it all in the food processor and let the machine run for a short while until the dough is collected. Pour the dough into a pie and style it for a cold ½ hour. Beat the dough with a fork. Prepare the pie in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes. At 200 degrees C.
Filling:
Whip egg and sugar well. Add flour, glue shale and lime juice. Pour the filling into the pie and finish the pie for 10-15 minutes. At 200 degrees C. Let the pie get cold. Tear the gingerbread with juliennejern and sprinkle the skull over the pie. Server with cut fruit.
