To prepare the Healthy vegan oatmeal sprouts recipe, please follow these instructions:
Blend almonds to flour in a food processor or blender as well as possible.
Add the stewed dates to the flour and blend again to a steady amount.
Pour coconut, oatmeal and cocoa into the mixture and blend once again, when mixed well together, add the orange juice and blend again. If the dough mashes up the edges, stop the machine and push it down again - add more Juice if it is a little dry.
When it's all blended well together, shape it into a big ball and put it in a bowl - afterwards it has to be left in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
After the time, the mass has been rolled into small balls and then in coconut flour. Keep in store.
