Instructions for Homemade Chips
To prepare the Homemade Chips recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the potatoes
Cut / tear them into thin slices (use potato peel)
Turn on the fryer, or bring oil to a saucepan.
Take a handful of potatoes and put them in. Let them fry until they are a little crisp. Pour them into a bowl and add the spices. Put them in the fry again until they are golden brown and crispy. Pour them out on a towel so that they can dry and then up in a bowl. This continues until all the potatoes are used.
