2.5 | dl | Cream |
2-3 | tbsp | Yogurt (possibly from the last portion) |
Instructions for Homemade youghurt
To prepare the Homemade youghurt recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix milk and cream in a saucepan and heat it to just below boiling point. Let it simmer without boiling agitated for approx. 5 min. Do not leave it. Take the pot off the heat and cool it quickly, by placing it in cold water in the sink. It should be about 45 degrees hot, slightly higher than body temperature. Stir the yogurt into 1 dl of water and pour it into the milk. Stir well and take the saucepan up. Put the lid on the pan, pack it in newspapers, then towels and under the blanket. It has to stand for a day and then it's done. Then it's going to cool.
If you do not eat the yogurt quickly, you can make your own drink yogurt of the rest. Mix water to the right consistency and taste with fruit juice. Can also be added sugar and lemon. Limited only by imagination.
