600 | g | Pork Tenderloin |
750 | g | Baking potatoes |
Instructions for Italian oven-baked pork tenderloin
To prepare the Italian oven-baked pork tenderloin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut sage, dill and chop garlic, mix with oil, salt and pepper. Rub the chopped sirloin with the spice oil. Put them in a teaspoon pan and brown under the grill in the oven on the second row at 275 degrees C. Alm. Oven for approx. 10 minutes.
Stir the cider, tomato paste and water together and pour it to the meat, which roasts further in the middle of the oven approx. 30 minutes at 180 degrees C. alm. oven. Take out and let 20 minutes cover with foil and a towel.
Put the cloud over a pot, bring to a boil. Even with sleepers. Season with salt and pepper. Boil the potatoes without salt for 20 minutes. Under cover. Pour the water over the broccoli, divided into bouquets. Cook for 5 min. - add a little salt. Whip the potatoes to mash. Whip cheese and milk in and taste.
Server with skysauce and broccoli.
