To prepare the Ladegaard's hyben-apple pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
The rinses are rinsed, cleaned and cut into quarters. They are boiled in water and lemon juice for approx. 15 minutes.
The apples are peeled, torn and added with the sugar. Save any. Little sugar for later tasting. The whole biscuit without lid for approx. 20 min. It is stirred regularly. The marmalade is foamed, taken from the heat, and added atamon and possibly. gelling powder.
