To prepare the Licorice Fudge recipe, please follow these instructions:
Everything is cooked together in a pan without lid until it is 125 degrees C hot. Then take the mass of heat. Here you add the liquorice extract and make it well distributed. You can fill it in a small piece of paper or pour it into a frying pan and cut it into the tern when it is lightly stiffened. Then the caramel mass is cooled in a refrigerator. Once it has become completely cold, the terns break apart.
