1 | tbsp | Cinnamon, ground |
1 | tsp | Salt |
1 | tbsp | Vanilla sugar |
2 | dl | Skimmed milk |
2 | tsp | Sugar |
3 | tbsp | Cane sugar |
50 | g | Yeast |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Low fat cannula
To prepare the Low fat cannula recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is chewed in lukewarm milk. Sugar and eggs are combined and added. Flour and salt are mixed and added gradually. The dough is aged well and rises for 20-25 minutes.
Filling:
The apple tears roughly and mixes with the other ingredients to the filling.
The dough is knocked down and rolled out on a scratched table. The filling is lubricated on 2/3 part of the dough, rolled together into a sausage so that it closes with the portion of the dough that is unfilled.
Cut for approx. 2 cm thick slices laid on a baking sheet. The snails are baked for approx. 20 minutes at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven, at the bottom of the oven.
tips:
Other fruits can also be used for the filling. But avoid the banana, plum el. like.
