1 | dl | Sugar |
2.5 | dl | Corn groats |
210 | g | Wheat flour |
3.5 | dl | Milk |
40 | g | Butter |
75 | g | Corn flour |
Instructions for Majsbread I
To prepare the Majsbread I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put a frying pan in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 5 minutes.
Mix the three kinds of flour, baking soda and sugar.
Lun the milk and add melted butter and egg. Mix the dry and filling ingredients. Stir well together. Grease the hot frying pan with butter and pour the dough in.
Place the pan in the oven at 180 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 25 minutes.
Take out and melt the melted butter over the bread. Put the pan in the oven and back for approx. 15 minutes until the bread is firm.
