300 | g | Pure raw marzipan |

Instructions for Mazarin intake I
To prepare the Mazarin intake I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring wheat flour and sugar into a kitchen machine. Add butter into smaller pieces as well as egg yolk. Drive to a smooth dough.
Put the dough on a floured table and work it together. Push it out on a piece of plastic film into a thin plate.
Cover the dough with plastic foil and leave it cold for 15 minutes.
Paint the bitter almonds.
Cut the marcipan and cold butter in bites. Get it in the kitchen and run a couple of times. Add the eggs one at a time and drive until it is a steady amount. Taste with the bitter almonds.
Dress a shape, preferably a spring shape, with the dough. Let the dough go a little way up the edge. Pour the filling in and behind 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 25 minutes.
Let the cake cool for a moment. Then loosen the edge of the mold and allow the cake to cool. Stir the punch and flour together. Wide glaze over the cake and decorate with half cherries.
