1 | dl | Lukewarm water |
1 | pinch | Salt |
1 | tsp | Ground cardamom |
1 | tsp | Sugar |
1 | tbsp | Grape seed oil |
25 | g | Yeast |
3 | dl | Buttermilk |
4 | dl | Bran flakes |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Morning buns with Bran Flakes
To prepare the Morning buns with Bran Flakes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve yeast in the water. Add salt, sugar, buttermilk, oil, cardamom and bran flakes. Add the flour a little at a time until the dough releases the bowl and can be taken out on the table and kneaded. Put the dough for cold raising with a cloth for 3-4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Beat the dough and form into 12 bowls that add to the baking sheet for 20 minutes. Brush with egg and sprinkle with light-fried bran flakes. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees until golden.
