3 | dl | Skimmed or semi-skimmed milk mini |
3-4 | tbsp | Poppy seeds |
50 | g | Yeast |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
80 | g | Marzipan |
Instructions for Morning Poppy seeds
To prepare the Morning Poppy seeds recipe, please follow these instructions:
Swell the milk and dissolve the yeast. Add salt and sugar and most of the wheat flour (hold about 1 / 2dl flour left). Peel the dough well and add the rest of the flour if necessary. Let the dough rise for approx. 30min. Stir the sugar and oil margarine together for remonce or cut the marcipan in 12 pieces and press them flat. Beat the dough and divide it in 12 pieces. Roll each piece to an oval a.15 * 8cm. Bring some remonce or a piece of marcipan to the middle of one part not too far into the edges. Fold the dough over the middle not completely but slightly crooked so there will be an edge where the dough is not double and push well into the collection so the filling does not flow out under the baking. Let them raise for about 20min. Brush with coiled egg and sprinkle well with birch over. Bake at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Served warm.
