Bake a serving of pancakes.
Whip the egg whites stiff and whip 2/3 of the sugar. Turn the rest of the sugar into the marin. Come 1 tbsp. Fruit mousse on each pancake and roll over it. Distribute the marrow of each pancake and sprinkle. With the nuts.
