1 | dl | Melted butter |
10-12 | Finely blended digestive biscuits | |
2 | dl | Icing sugar |
200 | g | Chocolate |
Instructions for Peanutbutter bidder
To prepare the Peanutbutter bidder recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the Digestive peck the powder with butter, flour and peanut butter, and knead it together to a steady amount.
If you want a little crunch, you can optionally mix a few coarse chopped biscuits in as well.
Spread the dough evenly on a baking sheet or small dish, so it is approx. 1-2cm thick.
Melt 100g of chocolate together with 3spsk peanut butter and spread it over the dough.
Put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Melt the remaining 100g of chocolate and spread it on top of the rest.
Leave it in the fridge for a minimum of half an hour.
Cut it into tern (mouthpiece bites) when it is completely solidified.
