To prepare the Pebbles - with pebbles and nuts! recipe, please follow these instructions:
Butter and sugar are whipped thoroughly (= long) with an electric mixer until the sugar is whipped well.
Whip the whipped cream and all whipped together with the eggs.
Mix spices, baking powder, baking soda and nuts into the flour and stir in and whip until the dough becomes fairly firm.
Grease it with your hands (if any, if the dough does not leave), add more flour.
Roll out the dough into thin sausages (the size of a little finger) and cut them into small pieces, approx. 1 cm.
On the way to the baking pan, they are easily compressed with the thumb and index finger.
Bake for approx. 10 min, in the middle of the oven, at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven (185 g in hot air).
They must not be too brown and hard, but must of course be pierced.
Taste if One after 9 min.
