Instructions for Pizzette with meat (Small meat pizzas)
To prepare the Pizzette with meat (Small meat pizzas) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Fill: Bring the meat to a bowl. Grate onions and potatoes roughly and mix with the meat. Cut the tomatoes in quarters, scrape the kernels and chop the tomato meat with a knife. Peel the peppers well. Peel the meat with tomato, pepper, egg, chopped parsley and salt and pepper.
Divide the dough into 6 servings and roll each serving with a cake roll the size of a cake plate. Fold the edge all the way around so it can hold on to the filling.
Lay the pizza bottles on the plate and benefit the filling on them. Repeats approx. 10 minutes. Behind the pizzas approx. 20 minutes at 200 degrees on the middle oven pan.
