Instructions for Plaice Starter
To prepare the Plaice Starter recipe, please follow these instructions:
Slice the fillets together. Roll them together about a small piece of onion and a dill quiver. Close with toothpicks Put them together in a small saucepan. 10 min. Cool in the layer of Powder cream fry with mustard, chopped dill and a little salt and pepper.
Pour cremefraiche over the fish and decorate with prawns, asparagus, tomato, lemon slices, dillkvist and caviar
