The yeast is piped into the water. The other ingredients are added. The dough is well kneaded until it is smooth. Set for swelling in a bowl of plastic bag over 1 hour. Form for 4 rounds of bread and add 1/2 hour. Bake at 220 degrees for 25 minutes.
