400 | g | Wholemeal rye flour |

Instructions for Rugblandingsbrød
To prepare the Rugblandingsbrød recipe, please follow these instructions:
The water is poured into a bowl. The yeast is crumbled and stirred. Oil, salt, sugar, rye flour, sift flour and wheat flour are added and the dough is kneaded until it is smooth and easy to let go of the bowl. The dough was kneaded through the table until it was soft and smooth. Sprinkle the bowl with a little flour. The dough is put in the bowl and a dish is laid over. Raise 1 hour in a coarse place until the dough has a double size.
The dough is thrown down and shaped into a loaf of bread. The plate is covered with baking paper or lubricated with margarine. The bread is laid on the plate and a dish is laid over. Repeats approx. 45 minutes a busy place.
Brush the bread with water and scratch with a sharp knife.
The oven is heated to 200 degrees. A refractory bowl of water is placed at the bottom of the oven. The bread is baked on the middle oven rib for 45-50 minutes.
When the bread is finished, brush with a little water and refrigerate on a baker.
