Instructions for Salmon Tarts

To prepare the Salmon Tarts recipe, please follow these instructions:

Roll out the butter dough and cover 4 tart, 9-10 cm in diameter.

Put an empty pie on top of it with the dough and put a heavy dish or something over so the butter dough does not push the molds up. Bake at 170 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 20 minutes.

Cut the salmon into strips and benefit in the cakes.

Whip egg and cream together. Add finely chopped dill, salt and pepper. Distribute the egg yolk into the molds.

Bag approx. 25 minutes at 170 degrees C. alm. oven.
