Stir or blend half of the cheese with smoked chopped salmon to a pink curd. Grease it on 6 slices of bread and put them together with other 6 slices of bread and a salad leaf. Cut the slices diagonally and in quarter pieces to make 24 small triangular sandwiches. Stir the rest of the cheese with crème and butter it on all the last 12 slices of bread. Put the cucumber slices between the slices of bread and put them together two and two. Cut the bread diagonally in quarters and cover the sandwiches with plastic film and cool them until they are served.
