32Cocktail sausages
35gYeast
350gWheat flour

Instructions for Sausages / gifler

To prepare the Sausages / gifler recipe, please follow these instructions:

In the lukewarm milk dissolve yeast, sugar and salt. The butter is added as well as the flour gradually and doughy and smooth.

Divide immediately and each portion rolled out to a pancake overlaid with a thin layer of mustard. The dough is cut into 8 triangles.

On each of them put a small piece of sausage or 1 cocktail sausage and roll the dough together to the tip and place it on a greased plate.

Raises now - only once - covered and stuck for 30 minutes.
