100 | g | Dark chocolate chopped coarsely |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
2 | dl | Oatmeal |
2 | dl | Broken or chopped rye kernels |
2 | dl | Rye flour |
2 | dl | Yogurt |
2.5 | dl | Water |

Set the oven to 200 degrees.
Boil back cores in the water for a few minutes.
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add chilled rye kernels, yogurt and chocolate.
Advantages in small lubricated molds or on baking paper and baked for 30 min, maybe a little more.
