1 | Eggs | |
1 | tbsp | Sugar |
1.5 | tsp | Salt |
25 | g | Yeast |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
3 | dl | Water |
80 | g | Muscovado. dried |
Instructions for Soft oats -nutsed muffins
To prepare the Soft oats -nutsed muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the grit with 2 dl of water and remove from heat after 3-4 min. Pour the mixture into the dough bowl. Add the rest of the water to taste with salt and sugar or syrup. When the mixture is finger heat add crumbled yeast and half the flour is whipped in the bowl. Leave the mixture to stand for approx. 45 minutes.
Then pour the dough into the nuts and flour that it can take. It may be quite a fountain. Immediately form it to buns and let them adhere to 45 min. A warm place.
Just before baking they are brushed with egg whipped eggs. Bake at 225 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 14 min.
tips:
The oats and the special hecking technique make the balls as good the next morning if baked them in the evening.
