To prepare the Tempura recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring egg yolk into a small bowl and stir. Add ice water gradually and stir with the chopsticks. Finally, put the sifted wheat flour and stir again. Characterized by a good tempura is that there is a small ring of wheat flour in the edge and that the dough contains small lumps. The tempurade must be made seconds before it is needed.
