The yeast is stirred in the water. The margarine is melted and added at hand-warmed temp. Sugar, salt, cardamom and eggs are mixed with the other ingredients. There is a good deal. Then add the nuts. The different kinds of flour and wheat kernels are weighed and brought in until the dough feels firm but not too dry. Then the dough should raise in a bowl for 30 minutes.

The dough is subsequently formed into 16 bowls, and then adds another 30 minutes. The balls are brushed with an egg and baked in a preheated oven for 8-10 minutes at 220 degrees C.
