To prepare the Waleskrans I recipe, please follow these instructions:

Water and margarine are given a boil. The pot is removed from the heat. The flour is poured in at one time during strong whipping. The baking is heated until the dough releases the pot. Salt and sugar are stirred in. The eggs are whipped together and driped in under whipping - either immediately when the dough is baked - or when it is completely cold. The dough can become thin if the eggs are stirred in a half-hot dough. The dough is added to eggs until it is soft, but it is so stuck that the stirrups remain. The dough is filled into a large-open syringe bag and sprayed onto greased plate as a wreath that is baked, cooled and flaked.
Cooking time in preheated oven: approx. 30 min. At 200 gr. Fill the bottom with vanilla cream and whipped cream. Put the top on and sprinkle with sifted flour.
