To prepare the Watercourses with blackberry recipe, please follow these instructions:
Brombæris: Stir together water and sugar. Moss the blackberries through a sieve into the sugar layer. Sprinkle the cream to the foam and turn it into the fruit puree. Pour the mixture into a metal mold (about 1¾ liters). Cover the mold with the aluminum foil and freeze the mixture for approx. 6 hours. Stir regularly in the ice during freeze. Take the blackberry out of the freezer, form 12 balls and place them on a tray. Cover the tray with film and put it together with the rest of the ice back in the freezer again.
Water baking: Bring water and butter in a saucepan in a pan. Bring sugar and flour in at once and stir well together. Heat the dough well until it is freeze and spoon. Bring the dough into a stir bowl and cool it a little. Add 1½ dl of the battered eggs gradually after stirring. Add if necessary. The rest of the egg mixture - the dough must be shaped into small peaks. Put with 2 tablespoons or with syringe bag 24 small peaks on a plate of baking paper. Be sure to put water bake in the middle of the oven until it is swollen and golden. Do not close the oven door during the first 10 minutes. Of the back time, as the water trays easily collapse. (They should be baked for about 12 minutes at 200 degrees). Take a water tray after the end of the cooking time and make sure it does not fall apart. Let the water trays cool off on a baker. Freeze half of the serving.

tips:
Tip: If the blackberry is frozen hard, place it in the refrigerator for approx. 45 minutes before it is formed into balls.
