Recipes with Spinach pasta
Preparation: The turkey breast is cut into strips a 1x4 cm. Peppercorns, carrots and red onions are cut into uniform strips. Whipped chopped and sugar peas are cured.
Sauté: Kalkunkøden browns in olive oil on sauté pan, the vegetables are boiled and sautéed
Pepper the fruit in a vinegar and cool.
The tomatoes are blanched, the skin and the kernels are removed and chopped into small pieces with half of the peppers. Marinated in a little oil-vinegar dressing.

Cut each of the breasts in four pieces. Heat the oil in wok or large frying pan. Meat, chilli and paprika fried in it about 5 mins. or to the meat is browned. Lime juice, tomato and olive stirred in. Seasoned and cooked further by between heat in about 15 mins
