1.5 | tsp | Baking soda |
125 | ml | Brown sugar |
125 | ml | Chopped almonds |
180 | ml | Oatmeal |
180 | ml | Wheat flour |
200 | ml | Vanilla Yogurt (I used natural and mixed it up with a little vanilla sugar) |
250 | ml | Wholemeal wheat flour |
500 | ml | Apples |
60 | ml | Maple syrup |

To prepare the Apple-cinnamon-oatmeal bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mixed in a bowl:
Brown darling, syrup, yogurt, oil, egg, oatmeal
Let it stand for 10 minutes.
In another bowl mix flour, baking soda and salt.
Peel the apples and cut them roughly
Chop the almonds roughly
Add the flour mixture, apples and almonds to the first mixture.
All ingredients are well mixed together.
Dress a baking sheet with baking paper (you can also choose to lubricate the mold)
Pour the bread into the bread and top with oatmeal
