180gPlant margarine
2dlGreek yogurt 18%
2tbspSugar
300gWheat flour for the first part
5dlWater
50gYeast
700gWheat flour (approximately) to the rest

Instructions for Buns with yogurt

To prepare the Buns with yogurt recipe, please follow these instructions:

Crumble the yeast with 1 dl flour in a bowl, or let your stirrer crumble it. Add lemon water, sugar and margarine and stir together while adding 2 more flour. The dough must now be completely even and creamy, let it rest for 15 minutes and then add yogurt, salt and flour and knead until the dough is soft. It must be a little sticky, but still release when pressed.

Let the dough raise a warm place until it is double size.

Knead again and form buns or bread and let rise for 20 minutes. Brush with milk or egg and place them directly in the oven.

The bread is baked for about 45 minutes at 210C alm oven. (Pre-heat)
Buns bake approx. 25min at 210C alm oven. (Pre-heat)
