2tspBaking soda
2tspCinnamon
2dlCane sugar or 1.5 dl. sugar and 0.5 dl. brown sugar

To prepare the Carrot cake with yogurt recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip sugar and egg together. Stir yogurt in. Mix flour, salt, baking soda, soda, vanilla sugar and cinnamon and stir in the dough.
Peel and tear the carrots roughly and turn them into the dough with coarse-walnut walnuts.
Pour the dough into a refractory dish with baking paper and place it in the middle of the oven for approx. 3/4 hour at 175 degrees or until a knitting needles are released.
