To prepare the Cherry soup with mint recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the cherries and remove the rocks with a small knife or a flower stick. Put the cherries in a saucepan, pour water and sugar and cook the berries for 5-6 minutes. Foam them if necessary. Bring the coin to the saucepan and cook the cherries until they crack and then for a second. Stir the potato flour into the water and pour it into the soup in a nice jet with stirring. Let the soup cook 5-6 sec and then cool. Serve the soup in deep plates or in a large bowl.
